Job Responsibilities

Duties may vary by assignment but can include:

• Preparing and serving classic and craft cocktails, wine, and beer with speed and precision

• Delivering elevated, guest-focused service in high-volume or upscale settings

• Managing multiple drink tickets efficiently during peak service times

• Maintaining in-depth knowledge of cocktail recipes, wine lists, and spirits

• Verifying guest age and ensuring responsible alcohol service

• Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area

• Handling cash, credit card transactions, and POS systems accurately

• Following all safety, sanitation, and fine dining service standards

• Collaborating with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service

Requirements

• Previous bartending experience in high-volume bars or fine dining environments preferred

• Strong multitasking and time-management skills

• Knowledge of classic cocktails, wine service, and premium spirits

• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills

• Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure

• Dependable attendance and punctuality

• Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required
