POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a reliable, skilled individual to join our field operations team. This role requires both strong driving ability—preferably with trailer-pulling experience—and the willingness to perform physical labor, including installing temporary fencing and working with portable toilets.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Safely operate company vehicles; must be comfortable driving while towing trailers
• Install and remove temporary fencing at customer locations
• Assist with delivery, placement, and servicing of portable toilets
• Follow verbal and written instructions accurately
• Maintain professional conduct and strong customer service on all job sites
• Keep equipment, vehicles, and materials clean and organized

QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Experience pulling trailers is strongly preferred
• Ability to perform heavy physical labor in all weather conditions
• Strong work ethic, reliability, punctuality, and professional demeanor
• Stable employment history — we are not seeking job-hoppers
• Positive professional references required
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow direction closely

EXPECTATIONS & PERFORMANCE EVALUATION

Your driving skills, listening ability, general knowledge, and professionalism will be tested immediately during onboarding.

We have high standards for safety, communication, and attitude.
Individuals who cannot meet expectations — especially those displaying poor attitude or unwillingness to follow direction — will be replaced quickly.
